"The team delivered a great service; we were really impressed. It was a great experience in comparison to other suppliers…and our candidates received a great recruitment experience."
Sally Appleby, Executive Director of HR Services, Harlow College
"We have been recruiting for this role since November, and while we have had interest and have taken candidates through to interview stage, none were quite the right fit or had unrealistic expectations about working in the FE sector. The calibre of the CV's received from agencies was unmatched with the two candidates we interviewed from the AoC. They ticked a lot of boxes for different reasons, and we didn't want to waste any time, so we made them sensible offers, which were accepted rather than risk losing them."
Robert Prince, HR Recruitment Manager, Bedford College Group
