With regards to your hard to fill positions, such as engineering, construction trades and maths.  We are working with several industry-specific member bodies such as Semta, TRS, IMA, ICE and IAgrE, helping to drive more awareness of STEM and Construction teaching vacancies in FE. TRS is an industry owned website that we have been permitted to post teaching vacancies onto. Semta an engineering body has created a specific page for their 128,000 industry connections to register their CV which links back to AoC Jobs.  Also, they promote AoC Jobs to their database through their e-newsletters.

Our candidate talent pool adverts allow you to attract candidates from outside the sector more easily especially in typically hard to fill areas such as STEM and Construction Sales. Providing a simple application method as well as AoC Jobs unique marketing strategy,  Candidate talent pool adverts help you to pro-actively go out into the marketplace to help attract candidates to your college. This feature is a unique element to our annual licence, which can be turned off and on throughout the year to suit your needs.  That way you can access this pool when needed either for permanent or short-term work.  This will also help to reduce your need to use agencies for vacancies or re-post adverts and therefore helping drive down your overall recruitment costs.
