End Point Assessment Administration Lead

At Preston College we take great pride in supporting all of our learners to achieve the qualifications they need, alongside the development of technical skills and knowledge that employers are looking for.  We are thrilled to announce that we have a new and exciting permanent job opportunity within our Apprenticeship Team as an End Point Assessment Administration (EPAA) Lead, which presents a unique chance for personal and professional development for a forward thinking individual.

This person will need to be dynamic, highly organised and efficient in the co-ordination of robust and timely end point assessments for all apprentices. You’ll work closely with the Apprenticeship Administration Team Leader and Curriculum Leaders, and will be required to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You will proactively monitor apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey from their start point to achievement, including areas such as; registration, compliance checking, uploading evidence, co-ordinating end point assessments and claiming certificates.

We are an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ College, and promote a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement in working to meet the needs of our learners, our community and our partners. Preston College is ambitious, and we are proud to support achievement and progression across our college provision. We achieve success by providing support, challenge and significant exposure to employers and the sectors we serve – our staff understand industry, and industry influences our curriculum.

Working closely with businesses across Lancashire, we have re-modelled our curriculum to help bridge the gap between education and industry. For example, our learners benefit from working on live project briefs set by employers, while doing so in real working environments which are reflective of the workplace.  Our team also engage in industry standard continuous professional development to keep our skills up to date and inform the service we provide.

Our ‘One College’ vision of teaching, learning and assessment and our ability to provide an exceptional service to our learners, business partners and stakeholders is fundamental to our everyday activity.

Our mission is to inspire, educate and support our diverse community to reach its potential.
