JOB TITLE:    HR (RECRUITMENT APPRENTICE)

HOURS:          37 PER WEEK (A MINIMUM OF 30 HOURS PER WEEK CONSIDERED)

SALARY:         £13,206 PER ANNUM (YEAR ONE), TO £15,407 (YEAR TWO)

LOCATION:     KING'S LYNN (WITH OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO OTHER SITES)

Due to continued growth and investment CWA are proud to be recruiting to this new role as an HR Apprentice specialising in recruitment.  This is a varied role where you will have access to a variety of recruitment related activities; from training system users, to developing adverts, liaising with agencies. assisting with interviews to supporting the onboarding of new starters and everything in between.

You will work closely with the Recruitment and Retention Advisor to provide a high quality, efficient recruitment service.  Recruitment plays a key role in our ability to support our learners by ensuring that we engage the right people, at the right time.  

The apprenticeship on offer is the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship which CWA delivers in-house.  This is an excellent starting point to develop your administrative skills, gain knowledge and prepare for a career in HR.  

Due to this role being an apprenticeship the minimum hours per week are 30, but up to 37 hours are available (full-time).  We are unable to support a job share for this role due to apprenticeship regulations.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Human Resources team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength.  We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
